Towards her achievements, she had been awarded with several national and international glories Asian Academic Award for academic development; Global Educator for faculty development; Japanese Govt. Scholarship for PhD – HIV/AIDS, Japan; International Fogarty Fellow for Post. Doc, Harvard School of Public Health and Harvard Medical School, USA; Ambedkar Woman for Women year Award for women empowerment; Documented as Philantropreneur, UCD Dublin, Ireland. She had been engaged with Gene-Technology studies for advancement in laboratory science since 1990s. She is specialized in automated instrumentation and revolutionary medical technologies utmost for new generation diagnostics and treatment – Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), Real Time PCR (RT PCR), Karyotyping, Next generation Sequencing (NGS), Hybridization, Cloning, Blotting (Western, Northern & Southern), Flow cytometry (FC), Chromosomal studies, Electrophoresis, Chemiluminescence Fluorescent (CLIA), Fluorescent Microscopy, Immuno- Histochemistry (IHC), Immuno-Genetics, Bioinformatics, Microarray, NAT Blood Bag screen, Gene cross matching. Established & commissioned the 1st Genetic Lab (BSL-2), at Gauhati Medical College Hospital – under National Rural Health Mission, Assam. Engaged as 1st Techno-Commercial consultant – imparting workshops at Bone-marrow Transplant Centre, Dhaka Medical College Bangladesh, also occupied for engendering Cancer Centre in Bangladesh.
